Appropriates $117,061,900 from General Funds and $13,000,000 from Other State Funds totaling $130,061,900 to the Department of Juvenile Justice for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

Allocates funds to five Illinois Youth Centers (Chicago, Harrisburg, Pere Marquette, St. Charles, and Warrenville) for personal services, contractual services, commodities, equipment, and telecommunications.

Provides $14,789,500 for Aftercare Services, $9,786,700 for General Office operations, and $9,923,700 for School District programs.

Appropriates $506,000 from General Revenue Fund for repairs and maintenance of capital improvements, with Governor approval required before contract execution.

Includes $190,000 for investigating complaints and securing rights of committed youth, and $50,000 for statewide hospitalization costs.
