Appropriates $1,611,472,500 total for the Illinois Department of Corrections fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, consisting of $1,502,802,700 from General Funds and $108,669,800 from Other State Funds

Allocates funds for General Office operations ($76,673,000), statewide services and grants ($5,752,300), and specific treatment centers including Joliet Treatment Center ($39,606,100), Elgin Mental Health Center ($15,343,600), Kewanee Life Skills Reentry Center ($24,082,600), and Murphysboro Life Skills Reentry Center ($9,500,000)

Funds 27 individual correctional centers with amounts ranging from approximately $22.9 million to $124.9 million per facility, covering personal services, contractual services, commodities, equipment, and telecommunications

Appropriates $40,680,400 from Working Capital Revolving Fund for Illinois Correctional Industries operations including inmate compensation, equipment, and repairs

Appropriates $100,000 to Sex Offender Management Board from Sex Offender Management Board Fund and $775,000 to Illinois Sentencing Policy Advisory Council, with effective date conditional on passage of SB 2063
