Appropriates $12,928,300 total to the Department of Labor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, comprised of $6,410,100 in General Funds, $1,518,200 in Other State Funds, and $5,000,000 in Federal Funds.

General Revenue Fund allocation includes $4,968,900 for personal services, $348,900 for Social Security contributions, $645,500 for electronic data processing, and smaller amounts for contractual services, travel, telecommunications, and equipment.

Appropriates $446,800 from the Amusement Ride and Patron Safety Fund for administration of The Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act.

Appropriates funds from specialized enforcement funds: $623,100 (Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services), $348,300 (Employee Classification), and $100,000 (Wage Theft Enforcement).

Appropriates $5,000,000 in federal funds for occupational safety and health administration programs, including $2,000,000 from the Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund and $3,000,000 from the Federal Industrial Services Fund.
