Appropriates $1,395,400 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Arts Council for operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

Appropriates $5,077,300 from the General Revenue Fund for grants and financial assistance including $4,124,800 for arts organizations and individual artists, $370,000 for underserved constituencies, and $582,500 for arts education.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for administrative and grant expenses supporting visual arts, performing arts, languages and related activities.

Appropriates $2,012,000 from the General Revenue Fund for grants to public radio and television stations and related administrative expenses pursuant to the Public Radio and Television Grant Act.

Appropriates $417,000 as a grant from the Illinois Arts Council to the Illinois Humanities Council, with an effective date of July 1, 2017, contingent upon Senate Bill 2063 becoming law.
