Appropriates $5,808,100 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Executive Inspector General for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018

Appropriates $1,610,800 from the Public Transportation Fund to the Office of the Executive Inspector General for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018

Defines "operational expenses" to include personal services, Social Security contributions, group insurances, contractual services, travel, commodities, printing, equipment, electronic data processing, telecommunications, automotive equipment operation, refunds, employee retirement contributions, permanent improvements, and deposits to other funds

Takes effect July 1, 2017, contingent upon Senate Bill 2063 (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becoming law
