Appropriates $650,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

Appropriates $200,000 from the Interpreters for the Deaf Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for administration and enforcement of the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.

Total appropriation of $850,000 for the commission's ordinary and contingent expenses.

Effective date is July 1, 2017, contingent upon Senate Bill 2063 (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becoming law.
