Appropriates $128,634,800 total for the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017: $17,455,100 from General Funds, $11,579,700 from Other State Funds, and $99,600,000 from Federal Funds

Allocates $2,555,400 from General Revenue Fund for agency operations including personal services ($1,141,600), contractual services ($388,000), and electronic data processing ($269,500)

Provides $10,174,700 for administrative costs, awards and grants for Adult Redeploy and Diversion Programs, split between General Revenue Fund ($8,174,700) and Violence Prevention Special Projects Fund ($2,000,000)

Appropriates $90,000,000 from Criminal Justice Trust Fund for awards and grants to local units of government, non-profit organizations, and state agencies ($80,000,000 and $10,000,000 respectively)

Act takes effect July 1, 2017 only if Senate Bill 2063 (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becomes law
