Allocates funds across multiple operational categories including Personal Services ($823,600), State Employees' Retirement System contributions ($445,000), Group Insurance ($264,000), and Contractual Services ($146,000).

Includes smaller appropriations for Travel ($10,400), Telecommunications Services ($17,000), Commodities ($3,000), Printing ($2,000), Electronic Data Processing ($1,800), Equipment ($1,000), and Operation of Automotive Equipment ($1,000).
