Appropriates $4,802,700 from the Council on Developmental Disabilities Fund to the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017

Allocates $2,302,700 for operating expenses including personal services ($842,200), retirement contributions ($454,900), social security ($64,400), group insurance ($276,000), contractual services ($469,700), and other operational costs

Appropriates $2,500,000 for awards and grants to community agencies and other State agencies

Takes effect July 1, 2017, conditional upon Senate Bill 2063 (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becoming law
