Appropriates $24,030,000 for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017.

Allocates $4,530,000 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for operations including personal services ($2,045,000), retirement contributions ($1,104,600), group insurance ($648,000), and other administrative expenses.

Provides $100,000 from the Police Training Board Services Fund for law enforcement training services under the Law Enforcement Intern Training Act.

Appropriates $3,400,000 from the Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund for grants to local government units in Illinois for installing video cameras in law enforcement vehicles and officer training.

Allocates $16,000,000 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for grants-in-aid and reimbursement of training and training services.

Takes effect July 1, 2017, only if Senate Bill 2063 (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becomes law.
