Appropriates $1,538,100 from the General Revenue Fund for the Prisoner Review Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, including personal services ($1,077,000), Social Security contributions ($82,400), contractual services ($215,000), travel ($77,200), and other operating costs.

Appropriates an additional $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for operating costs and expenses.

Appropriates $280,500 from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses, excluding personal services.

Total appropriation is $4,318,600 across all funding sources for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

Takes effect July 1, 2017, only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becomes law.
