Appropriates $555,597,100 total to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, consisting of $550,108,400 in General Funds and $5,488,700 in Other State Funds.

Appropriates $14,302,500 from the General Revenue Fund for the Prairie Research Institute operations per Public Act 95-0728.

Appropriates $38,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund for University of Illinois Hospital operating costs and expenses.

Appropriates $497,555,900 from the Education Assistance Fund for general operational expenses of the University.

Appropriates funds from specialized accounts including $4,338,700 from the Fire Prevention Fund for the Illinois Fire Service Institute, and smaller amounts from the State College and University Trust Fund, Emergency Public Health Fund, Used Tire Management Fund, and Hazardous Waste Research Fund for specific purposes.

Bill becomes effective July 1, 2017, only if Senate Bill 2063 (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becomes law.
