Appropriates $13,871,900 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Elections for ordinary and contingent expenses across multiple departments including Administration, Elections, General Counsel, Campaign Disclosure, and Information Technology.

Appropriates $3,099,500 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for reimbursement to counties for increased compensation to judges and election officials, and lump sum awards to county clerks and recorders.

Reappropriates $3,973,400 from the Help Illinois Vote Fund for distribution to local election authorities under the Help America Vote Act and implementation of the Statewide Voter Registration System.

Total appropriations and reappropriations equal $20,944,800 across all three funding sources.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2017.
