• Increases authorization for state departments and agencies use from $2,152,790,000 to $2,629,790,000.

• Increases Build Illinois Bond Act total authorization from $6,246,009,000 to $6,735,609,000, including increases for public infrastructure ($3,222,800,000 to $3,687,800,000), economic development ($849,000,000 to $852,000,000), and education and health services ($1,944,058,100 to $1,959,058,100).
