IL SB2262

Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to require MCO in-network contracted fees for durable medical equipment and supplies providers to equal at least the fee-for-service durable medical equipment fee schedule published on the Department of Healthcare and Family Services' website.

Adds new subsection (h-1) to Section 5-30 establishing the minimum reimbursement requirement for durable medical equipment providers contracting with Managed Care Organizations.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
