IL SB2291

Amends the Toll Highway Act to require the board of directors to set aside time during each public meeting for members of the public to comment on any subject.

Requires an agenda to be posted on the Authority's public website and at the headquarters building at least 2 business days before each board meeting.

Mandates that agendas include the general subject matter of issues subject to final action and specific details on contracts for projects over $100,000.

Requires agendas posted at the headquarters building to include an Internet link to contract details for projects exceeding $100,000.
