Amends Section 1-100 of the Illinois Vehicle Code concerning the short title of the act.

Changes the text from "the the Illinois Vehicle Code" to "the Illinois Vehicle Code" by removing a duplicate article.

Maintains the list of short titles for various chapters of the Vehicle Code, including provisions for vehicle title and registration, driver licensing, safety, rules of the road, and vehicle equipment.

Makes a technical grammatical correction to the statute.
