IL SB2324

Amends Section 1-100 of the Illinois Vehicle Code concerning the short title of the Act.

Makes a technical grammatical change by removing a duplicate instance of the word "the" in the opening phrase of the short title provision.

Maintains all existing short titles for various chapters of the Vehicle Code, including provisions for vehicle title and registration, driver licensing, safety rules, equipment standards, and commercial transportation.

Effective date remains July 1, 2008 (from the original P.A. 95-562).
