• Report cards must include average daily attendance data for the school district, with specific tracking for students with individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.

• Schools must indicate whether they participated in the Illinois Youth Survey, a biennial self-report survey administered to students in grades 8, 10, and 12 covering health, social indicators, substance abuse patterns, and student attitudes.
