Amends the Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act (615 ILCS 5/5) with a technical correction to language describing the Department of Natural Resources' jurisdiction.

Grants the Department of Natural Resources jurisdiction and supervision over all rivers and lakes in Illinois where the state or its people have rights or interests.

Requires the Department to compile a county-by-county list of all Illinois waters, including navigable and non-navigable waters, with details on shorelines and water surface area for lakes.

Specifies that river listings must indicate whether they are navigable or non-navigable and whether they have been meandered.
