IL SB2418

Amends Section 5-20 of the Illinois Grain Code concerning license renewal procedures for grain warehouses and dealers.

Requires Class I warehouseman and grain dealer license renewal applicants to submit a financial statement prepared by an independent certified public accountant within 90 days of fiscal year end, along with a $200 renewal fee ($100 to General Revenue Fund, $100 to Regulatory Fund).

Requires Class II warehouseman and incidental grain dealer license renewal applicants to submit a financial statement prepared or certified by an independent accountant within 90 days of application date, along with a $150 renewal fee ($100 to General Revenue Fund, $50 to Regulatory Fund).

Both license classes must include fees for required certificates as established by Department rule, with certificate fees deposited into the Regulatory Fund.
