IL SB2420

Allows motor vehicle dealers to choose any 6 days per week for sales operations instead of being prohibited from selling on Sundays.

Permits off-site vehicle sales to occur on any day chosen by the dealer, removing the Sunday restriction that previously applied.

Amends Illinois Vehicle Code Sections 5-100, 5-102.1, and 5-106 to implement these changes with conforming modifications.

Designates the legislation as the "Freedom to Choose Act."

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
