• Protects foreclosure sale purchasers in possession for more than 6 months from eviction if a foreclosure judgment is reopened under relief provisions.

• Prohibits distressed property consultants from entering agreements that divide litigation proceeds with foreclosure defendants and strengthens protections against mortgage rescue fraud schemes.
