Amends Section 6-100 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to make a technical correction changing duplicate language "the the" to "the" in the definitions section.

Defines "Application Process" as the process of obtaining a driver's license, identification card, or permit beginning when a person enters a Secretary of State Driver Services facility and requests these documents.

Establishes definitions for "Non-compliant driver's license" marked "Not for Federal Identification" that do not comply with the REAL ID Act, with a different color or design than compliant licenses.

Defines "REAL ID compliant driver's license" as a license issued in compliance with the REAL ID Act bearing a security marking approved by the United States Department of Homeland Security.

Defines "Limited Term REAL ID compliant driver's license" as a REAL ID compliant license issued to non-permanent residents or non-citizens of the United States and marked "Limited Term" on the license face.
