IL SB2533

Amends the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act to require transparency in contract invoicing and payment tracking.

Mandates that all monthly invoices submitted under covered contracts be posted on the State Comptroller's website, effective upon passage.

Requires each posted invoice to specify which contract or subcontract provision is being billed and the amount due.

Requires the State Comptroller to post invoice numbers and corresponding voucher numbers on its website when payments are issued.

Authorizes the State Comptroller to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Chicago to collect and post this invoice and payment information for Chicago's Business Enterprise Program contracts.
