Appropriates $1,271,290 to the Department of Natural Resources and $17,020,270 to the Department of Human Services for prior year personal services and Social Security contributions.

Appropriates additional funds totaling over $40 million to multiple state agencies including Corrections ($40,554,312), Juvenile Justice ($3,135,190), Public Health ($987,170), and others for prior year personal services and Social Security costs; becomes effective immediately upon passage.
