Amends the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987 to replace references to "Commissioner" with "Secretary" and updates regulatory language from "promulgate regulations" to "adopt rules"

Prohibits mortgage loan advertisements from being false, misleading, or deceptive, and bars lenders from implying that interest rates or charges are "recommended," "approved," "set," or "established" by the State or Act

Requires mortgage loan advertisements to reference the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry's Consumer Access website, except where exempted by the Secretary

Mandates that licensees include their unique identifier in all Illinois mortgage service advertisements across print and electronic media

Takes effect upon becoming law
