Amends Section 3.29 of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 to make a technical correction to the definition of "advance deposit wagering"

Changes the definition to remove duplicate language by deleting one instance of the word "the" that appeared twice in succession

Advance deposit wagering is defined as a pari-mutuel wagering method allowing individuals to establish accounts, deposit money, and use account balances to place wagers in-person or remotely via telephone or electronic means

Establishes that unlicensed individuals accepting advance deposit wagers violate both the Horse Racing Act and the Criminal Code of 2012

Specifies that advance deposit wagers placed in-person at a wagering facility are deemed to have been placed at that specific facility
