• Amends the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Regulation Act to add Section 4.5 establishing liability limitations for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) sellers, suppliers, handlers, and transporters in Illinois.

• Prohibits legal actions against LPG businesses for injuries, damages, or losses caused by unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs to LPG equipment or appliances performed without the knowledge and consent of the LPG seller, supplier, handler, or transporter.

• Prohibits legal actions against LPG businesses for injuries, damages, or losses caused by use of LPG equipment or appliances in a manner or for a purpose other than intended if such misuse could not reasonably have been expected.
