• Allows employers to maintain workplace policies governing use of employer-provided equipment and electronic systems, and to obtain publicly available information about prospective employees in compliance with the law.

• Permits employers to request specific content from employees or applicants without requiring full account access credentials for purposes including regulatory compliance, investigating alleged misconduct or data theft, or monitoring personal account use during business hours on employer property.
