Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to add "order of protection status" as a protected class, covering individuals with orders issued under the Domestic Violence Act of 1986, Criminal Procedure Article 112A, Stalking No Contact Order Act, Civil No Contact Order Act, or equivalent orders from other states.

Expands the definition of "disability" for places of public accommodation (Article 5) to explicitly include mental, psychological, and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.

Defines "sexual orientation" to include actual or perceived heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, or gender-related identity, while explicitly excluding physical or sexual attraction to minors by adults.

Adds "military status" as a protected characteristic, covering active duty service members, veterans, reserve component members, and members of the Illinois Army and Air National Guard.

Clarifies that "unlawful discrimination" includes discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, marital status, order of protection status, disability, military status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, or unfavorable military discharge.
