Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act to change Section 10's title from "State plan" to "Community integration"

Removes the requirement for the Department to adopt a statewide plan for the distribution of community living arrangements and guidelines regarding their location and support services availability

Eliminates requirements for licensed agencies to establish procedures for community acceptance and annual review by local governmental authorities, community mental health agencies, and other civil organizations

Retains the requirement that community-integrated living arrangements be located to enable residents to participate in and be integrated into their community or neighborhood

Maintains the existing prohibition on state departments placing persons in uncertified community-integrated living arrangements, effective January 1, 1990
