Amends Section 9A-10 of the Illinois Public Aid Code regarding support services for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients.

Makes a technical grammatical change by replacing "The" with "The" at the beginning of subsection (a) (striking and underlining the same word).

Maintains provisions requiring the Illinois Department to provide or pay for child care and other support services to enable TANF recipients to participate in education, training, and employment programs.

Specifies support services may include transportation, child care, job search allowance, initial employment expenses, required books and fees, and physical examinations or medical services.

Requires support services to be provided at no cost to participants when needed for effective participation and unavailable from other reasonably available sources.
