IL SB2890

Amends the Lead Poisoning Prevention Act to require the Department of Public Health to publish on its website a list of each residential and commercial property subject to a mitigation order requiring lead abatement.

Mitigation orders are issued when follow-up inspections find that lead hazards identified in initial mitigation notices have not been properly mitigated.

Applies to properties where property owners failed to complete required lead hazard mitigation within the specified deadlines (30 days for properties with children under 6 or pregnant persons; 90 days for other properties).

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
