• Amends the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act of the Illinois Municipal Code by adding Section 11-74.4-3.7
• Prohibits property within a dissolved, completed, or terminated redevelopment project area from becoming part of another redevelopment project area for 15 years after the former area's dissolution, completion, or termination
• Applies this restriction notwithstanding any other provision of the Redevelopment Act
