IL SB2950

Amends 735 ILCS 5/3-110 of the Code of Civil Procedure concerning the scope of administrative review.

Makes a technical change to Section 3-110 by modifying the language regarding how courts hear and determine actions to review final administrative decisions.

Changes the phrase "heard and determined" to "heard and determined" in the provision describing court proceedings for administrative review (striking and replacing "and").

Maintains existing provisions that courts must hear administrative review cases with convenient speed and that administrative agency findings on questions of fact are prima facie true and correct.
