Amends the Biometric Information Privacy Act by adding Section 25(f) to exempt private entities from the Act's requirements under three conditions.

Exempts private entities that use biometric information exclusively for employment, human resources, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

Exempts private entities that do not sell, lease, trade, or profit from collected biometric identifiers or biometric information.

Exempts private entities that store, transmit, and protect biometric information using the same or more protective methods as they use for other confidential and sensitive information.
