IL SB3076

Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act by adding Section 7.2a to address reimbursement rates for front-line personnel.

Requires the Department of Human Services to include therapeutic schools and other programs serving children with intellectual and developmental disabilities when establishing reimbursement rates that build toward livable wages for front-line personnel.

Defines "front-line personnel" to include direct support persons, aides, front-line supervisors, qualified intellectual disabilities professionals, educators, nurses, and non-administrative support staff working in specified service settings.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
