IL SB3082

Amends the Department of Agriculture Law to authorize the sale of signs at cost to agribusinesses that have operated for 100 years or more or more than 150 years under the same name or ownership.

Expands the definition of "agribusiness" to include businesses involved in production, processing, or distribution of agricultural products, or organizations that promote Illinois agriculture industry's economic well-being and expansion.

Maintains existing authority for the Department to establish trust funds and bank accounts to conduct food shows, expositions, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Prohibits "Centennial Farms," "Sesquicentennial Farms," and "Bicentennial Farms" signs from containing the name, picture, or likeness of any elected or appointed public official.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
