Amends the Nurse Practice Act to modify written collaborative agreement requirements for advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) working with podiatric physicians.

Allows APRNs who had existing collaborative agreements with podiatric physicians before the effective date of Public Act 100-513 to continue those relationships or enter into new agreements under the previous requirements.

Removes the termination requirement previously stated in the law, allowing ongoing collaborative relationships between APRNs and podiatric physicians to continue indefinitely.

Maintains that certified registered nurse anesthetists working outside hospitals or ambulatory surgical treatment centers must have written collaborative agreements and may only provide services authorized under the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987.

Takes effect January 1, 2018, with the section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028.
