IL SB3165

Requires condominium associations to give members the opportunity to specify whether their name, address, email address, or telephone numbers can be disclosed to other association members.

Prohibits associations from disclosing a member's personal information to other members if the member requests non-disclosure.

Requires associations to impose a fine on any person who discloses member information in violation of the member's expressed wishes regarding disclosure.

Adds provisions to Section 18 of the Condominium Property Act regarding bylaws and to Section 19 regarding member records and information privacy.
