Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act Section 250 regarding sunset provisions for tax exemptions, credits, and deductions.

Makes a technical correction by changing "The" to "The" (strikethrough and underline indicate clarification of existing language in subsection (a)).

Applies to all exemptions, credits, and deductions enacted after the 1994 amendatory act, requiring a reasonable and appropriate sunset date.

Establishes a default 5-year sunset period for any exemption, credit, or deduction that does not specify its own sunset date, unless related to tax-exempt bond obligations.

Extends by 5 years the sunset dates for any exemptions, credits, or deductions that were scheduled to expire in 2011, 2012, or 2013.
