Amends the Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act of 2013 to establish payment rates for therapeutic visits at licensed or provisionally licensed facilities.

Facilities licensed or provisionally licensed by December 1, 2017 receive 100% of their facility rate for the first 5 therapeutic days indicated as beneficial by an interdisciplinary team.

Therapeutic visits after the first 5 days are reimbursed at 75% of the facility's rate, capped at 30 days per fiscal year and 10 consecutive days maximum.

Therapeutic visit payments are available through both fee-for-service and managed care payment arrangements.

Effective date is July 1, 2018.
