Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 for probation reimbursements, training, pre-trial services, and operational expenses in support of bail reform.

Appropriates $7,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 for probation reimbursements, training, pre-trial services, and operational expenses in support of bail reform.

Total appropriation of $10,500,000 across two fiscal years for bail reform implementation and related probation system support.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
