• Maintains all existing provisions governing deposits into the Fire Prevention Fund, including moneys from the Department of Insurance, State Fire Marshal fees, and boiler and pressure vessel certification receipts.

• Preserves all current allocations from the Fire Prevention Fund for the Illinois Fire Service Institute (12.5%), Chicago Fire Department Training Program (10%), local governmental agencies, State Fire Marshal operations, MABAS, and equipment grant programs.
