Authorizes the Secretary of State or Executive Ethics Commission to temporarily suspend or terminate any lobbyist or lobbying entity after adjudication of a sexual harassment violation under the Lobbyist Registration Act when investigation was initiated by the Secretary of State Inspector General.

Grants the Secretary of State Inspector General authority to file pleadings with the Executive Ethics Commission, through the Attorney General, if reasonable cause exists to believe a lobbyist committed acts of sexual harassment.

Empowers the Secretary of State Inspector General to investigate complaints related to the Lobbyist Registration Act, including sexual harassment allegations, with full subpoena powers and access to relevant records and documents.

Allows the Secretary of State to temporarily suspend or terminate any lobbyist or lobbying entity for failure to cooperate in an Inspector General investigation or upon finding of a sexual harassment violation.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
