Appropriates $1,183,527,500 total for the Department of Children and Family Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, comprised of $763,318,900 in General Funds, $411,697,000 in Other State Funds, and $8,511,600 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $263,267,900 from General Revenue Fund for entire agency operations including personal services ($206,236,600), contractual services ($24,395,300), travel ($6,550,900), and electronic data processing ($5,299,600).

Appropriates $817,099,700 for grants-in-aid covering regional offices including foster care ($340,165,100 total), adoption and guardianship services ($180,841,600 total), institution and group home care ($203,978,500 total), and family preservation services ($27,241,800 total).

Provides funding for child protection programs ($7,695,000), child welfare services ($19,800,600), central administration ($28,546,200), and clinical services including foster care and adoptive care training ($10,237,000).

Takes effect July 1, 2018, with appropriations authorized for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
