Appropriates $107,040,000 in General Funds and $13,000,000 in Other State Funds to the Department of Juvenile Justice for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, totaling $120,040,000.

Provides funding for departmental operations including General Office, School District, and Aftercare Services divisions with combined appropriations of $26,957,800.

Allocates funding for five Illinois Youth Centers (Chicago, Harrisburg, Pere Marquette, St. Charles, and Warrenville) with St. Charles receiving the largest appropriation of $26,854,200.

Appropriates additional funds for statewide services including repairs and maintenance ($1,000,000), federal programs ($3,000,000), miscellaneous programs ($5,000,000), and youth rights investigations ($194,800).

Requires Governor approval in writing before entering contracts for repairs and maintenance; appropriations cover costs incurred through July 1, 2019, with effective date of July 1, 2018.
