General Fund allocation of $6,410,100 covers personnel services ($4,903,600), social security contributions ($375,200), contractual services ($319,300), electronic data processing ($696,100), and other operational expenses

Appropriates $338,400 from Amusement Ride and Patron Safety Fund for administration of The Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act

Appropriates $650,100 from Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund, $348,300 from Employee Classification Fund, and $100,000 from Wage Theft Enforcement Fund for respective labor law administration

Appropriates $5,000,000 in federal funds ($2,000,000 from Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund and $3,000,000 from Federal Industrial Services Fund) for occupational safety and health administration state program costs
