Appropriates $9,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Appropriates $2,400,000 from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for services pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act.

Total appropriation of $11,900,000 for the Commission's ordinary and contingent expenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2018, with appropriations covering all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
